1. Company Information

AD Wise Media LLC is a Limited Liability Company registered in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

2. Services Offered

We provide professional services including but not limited to:

Social Media ManagementContent CreationDigital Advertising & Campaign StrategyConsultingMedia BuyingCRM Management (via Go High Level platform)

Additional services, such as website creation, may be provided for an extra fee.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are required to provide access to their ad accounts and websites to enable service delivery. We can assist in building a website, upon request, as an additional paid service.

4. Payments

Payments for our services may be made via Stripe, PayPal, or Azas. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated in a custom agreement.

5. Refund & Guarantee Policy

We offer a performance-based guarantee. Within the first 90 days of your campaign activation, if agreed performance benchmarks are not met, we will continue working at no additional cost for one month or until the requirement is achieved—whichever comes first.

6. Account Creation

We do not require clients to create accounts on our website. All client onboarding is handled via direct communication and third-party integrations.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, strategies, and materials created by AD Wise Media LLC remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

We strive for excellence, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States.
